Why does the DNC intend to throw the election?

Someone argued in 2023 that the Democrat party wants to lose the U.S. Presidential election in November 2024.
That the DNC/the party will rake in fortunes in fundraising regardless of whether they win or lose the election but that there was more profit in tanking the results.
At least part of that prediction appears to prove right.
The PR machine is doing its cult-style manufacturing of fake support as the oligarch-controlled press tries to paint the democrat campaign as very powerful and successful, while reality is starkly different.
The puppet masters are allowing Kamala Harris to have her pipe dream moment and 15 minutes of fame but much like it was clear already last year that Biden didn’t have the numbers to win, the Harris-Walz campaign was dead on arrival the day it was formed/announced.
This has nothing to do with Trump and his dwindling “base”.
It’s just that AIPAC’s campaigns are so badly run that the only way Harris-Walz can win is if the military-industrial complex rigs the election domestically in the same vein as the USA has destabilized countries across the world consistently for over a century.
